Richard Hall has held various roles in the field of public policy and journalism. He currently serves as the Executive Director at Elections Saskatchewan, where he supports the Executive Team in various functions and assists with research tasks and policy issues. Previously, Richard worked as an Information Management Archivist at the Saskatchewan Archives Board, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations. He also gained experience as an Intern Reporter at Saskatoon StarPhoenix. Richard holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration from Johnson-Shoyama Graduate School of Public Policy, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Regina.
