Lillian Golden SHRM-SCP, SPHR, HCS has over 30 years of experience in Human Resources. Lillian Golden began their career in 1990 as an Office Manager at Microlog Corporation. In 1993, they moved to Janus One as a Human Resources Manager. In 2000, they joined Lockheed Martin as a Human Resources Specialist. In 2006, they were hired as a Director at March of Dimes. From 2007 to 2011, they worked as the Director of Human Resources & Recruiting at ATHENA Consulting. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at Tenable Network Security. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Human Resources Director at Arbola, Inc. From 2015 to 2020, they worked as a Sr. HRBP/Employee Relations Manager at Westat. In 2020, they joined 1Password as a Human Resources Operations Manager and was later promoted to Sr. Manager, HR Operations. Her current role is Head of Human Resources at Electra Vehicles, Inc., which they began in 2022.
