L2 Technical Support at Electric

Joel Sherman has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Joel began their career in 2001 as a CSR Customer Service Representative at PCI One Source Contracting. From there, they worked at Best Buy, starting as a PC Home and Office Specialist in 2002 and later becoming a PC Home and Office Supervisor in 2005. At Best Buy, they were responsible for setting up electronic security and surveillance systems and training employees.

In 2012, Joel joined Dynamic Systems Inc as part of their Plumbers Apprentice Program, where they worked in new construction projects and conducted plumbing repairs under the guidance of a licensed Journeyman Plumber.

Joel then transitioned to the IT field, starting with Medical Home Team in 2016 as an IT Specialist. In the same year, they also joined Centre Technologies as an MSP IT Help Desk Technician, providing technical support for customers.

In 2020, Joel worked at TeamLogicIT as an MSP Help Desk Associate before moving to IT GOAT | IT Managed Service Provider in 2021 to serve as a Tier 2 MSP Help Desk Specialist. Joel is currently employed at Electric as an L2 Technical Support, starting in 2022.

Joel Sherman obtained their High School Diploma from Duncanville High School in 2003.
