Austin Dale

Austin Dale has been working in the engineering and construction fields since 2012. Austin began their career as the Owner Operator/Project Manager at Austin Dale Custom Contracting, managing carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC trades to streamline operations. In 2015, they took on a Project Manager role at Peacock and Company, where they drove comprehensive project oversight and strategic planning of new construction. In 2016, they began working as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Recreation by Design, LLC. In 2021, they became a Jr. Manufacturing Engineer and then a Manufacturing Engineer at ELMS: Electric Last Mile Solutions. Currently, they are a Sr. Electrical Engineer at Battle Motors (Crane Carrier).

Austin Dale is currently pursuing an Associate of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Ivy Tech Community College, beginning in 2020 and expected to be completed in 2023.
