Allan Zhao is an experienced engineer and scientist specializing in electric transportation, currently serving as Engineer/Scientist III at EPRI since April 2022, where responsibilities include administering product vetting for the EPRI Vetted Product List for Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE).
