Andrea Celis

Andrea Celis, CCP, GRP, SPHR, SHRM-SCP is currently the Leader of Compensation, Benefits, HRIS, and HR Operations at Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) since March 2013. Prior to this role, Andrea held positions such as SVP, Compensation Manager at Bank of America, VP, Sr Comp Consultant at Wachovia, and HR Business Partner at AIG United Guaranty. Andrea also worked as a Compensation/HRIS Cons. at Volvo Trucks North America. Andrea holds an MBA in General Management from High Point University and a BS in HRM from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore.
