Geologic Co2 Storage Summer Student Engineer at Electric Power Research Institute

Emily Imperato is currently working as a Geologic CO2 Storage Summer Student Engineer at EPRI, focusing on carbon and hydrogen geologic storage. Prior to this, Emily worked as a Teaching Assistant at San Diego State University and as a Staff Geologist at Geosyntec Consultants, where Emily was involved in environmental remediation and GIS support. Emily has also held roles such as Team Lead at Santa Barbara Channelkeeper, Research Assistant at UCSB Department of Earth Science, and Geotechnical Writing at Campbell Geo Inc. With a Master's degree in Geology from San Diego State University and a degree in Earth Science, Hydrogeology from UC Santa Barbara, Emily has a strong background in various aspects of geology and environmental science.
