Prior to this role, Norbert held various finance positions at companies such as Lear Corporation and REHAU, where Norbert demonstrated expertise in financial leadership, business development, and industrial strategy development. With a Master's degree in Economics and a strong background in finance, Norbert has extensive experience in managing financial activities for production plants and service centers across Europe.
