Alvaro J Beltran

Alvaro J Beltran has extensive work experience in various engineering roles. Alvaro J started their career at WAAB Distributions as a Member and Merchant before moving on to Rior International Logistics as an Assistant in the Design and Technologies area. Alvaro J then worked at Victor Technologies International, Inc. in Automation and Electronics maintenance. After that, they joined Martinrea International, where they focused on design and programming of Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs) and control and automation projects. Alvaro J also worked at Ford Motor Company as a Maintenance Supervisor Support with a focus on corrective and preventive maintenance and robotics service. At Control E, they worked as an Automation and Controls Engineer, specializing in programming autonomous systems. Alvaro J then joined Delta Electronics as a Senior Automation and Robotics Specialist, focusing on programming and supporting customers in the robotics and automated systems field. Currently, they are working at Electrical Design & Motor Control, Inc. as the Head Standard Development Engineer, responsible for designing innovative blocks to standardize departmental processes and overseeing project management initiatives. Throughout their career, Beltran has demonstrated proficiency in project management and has acquired certifications as an Ignition developer and a Rockwell Automation expert to stay at the forefront of the field.

Alvaro J Beltran obtained their Bachelor of Engineering with a GPA of 3.9 from Laureate Education, Inc. from 2012 to 2016. In 2018, they pursued a degree in Business at Sierra College. In 2019, they completed their Master's in Project Management at Universidad de La Rioja. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications in fields such as Rockwell Motion, Safety Control Systems, Ignition Developer SCADA, Adult First Aid/CPR/AED, Delta Electronics, AutoCAD Electrical, Python and SQL programming, Ford Production System, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and National Instruments Field Devices & Data Acquisition.
