Jack Flanagan

Jack Flanagan has extensive experience in the electrical industry, with current roles as Support Staff for the National Training Institute at Electrical Training ALLIANCE and as a retired member of IBEW since January 2012. Flanagan served as a Committee Member for the National Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee, representing several states, and held significant positions such as Project Manager for SEJATC and Business Manager/Financial Secretary for IBEW LU 81. Flanagan also contributed to economic development as Board Chairman of the Lackawanna County Industrial Development Authority and led the Scranton Building and Construction Trades Council as President. Additionally, Flanagan has a strong background in apprenticeship training, having served as both Chairman and Apprenticeship Instructor for the Scranton Electricians Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee. Educational achievements include a Journeyman Electrician designation and studies at the University of Tennessee.
