Greg Flinn currently serves as the Senior Utility Systems Project Engineer at ElectriCities of NC, where responsibilities include leading implementation and support for the AMI program and assisting member utilities with project planning, budgeting, and vendor management. Prior experience includes working as an independent contractor specializing in GIS solutions and emergency relief services, and previous roles at the Town of Benson, NC, as a GIS/AMI Technician and sUAS Pilot, and the American Public Power Association focusing on AMI implementation. Early career experiences include pricing analysis at Thermo Fisher Scientific and project management support in supply chain operations. Flinn holds a Graduate Certificate in Geospatial Information Science and a Bachelor’s degree in Operations and Supply Chain Management from North Carolina State University.
