Stacy Feldmann

Stacy Feldmann is an experienced regulatory manager with a strong background in energy regulation. Currently serving as Regulation Manager at ESB since June 2025, Stacy oversees Renewables Regulation for Great Britain and Ireland. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Regulatory Manager at SSE plc, focusing on wholesale markets and thermal generation within the SEM market from May 2018 to June 2025. Prior roles at Ofgem included positions such as Senior Policy Analyst for Gas Distribution and Electricity Distribution, where Stacy contributed to gas theft policy and distributed generation initiatives. Initial experience was gained as a Graduate Analyst at the Commission for Energy Regulation, monitoring supply security and developing obligations during the H1N1 pandemic. Stacy holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Social Studies from Trinity College Dublin.
