Hugo Bolio is the current Industrial Operations Advisor at Electrified Thermal Solutions. Prior to that, they were with Energy Vault, MicroMentor, and Ciudad de los Niños. Hugo has also been with Cemex USA as the EVP Cement Operations & Technical.

Hugo Bolio has over 20 years of experience in operations and strategic planning. Hugo has a proven track record in leading large organizations and teams, and executing complex projects. Hugo is an expert in the cement industry, with a deep understanding of the business and technical aspects of the operations.

Bolio holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education (ITESM).
