Gayatri Sharma Dogra

Gayatri Sharma Dogra has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Gayatri currently works as the VP HR, BA Laundry at Electrolux Professional since 2022. Previously, they worked at HEMLATA as the CarrerSkills Project Lead, supporting scholars in their career journey. Prior to that, they held various roles at Electrolux from 2013 to 2022, including HRBP Director for Marketing, Product Line and Design, and HRBP Director for Finance & HR. Gayatri also served as the Regional Head of HR for Middle East Africa and Turkey, where they focused on organization design, change management, and talent development. Before Electrolux, Gayatri worked as an HR Business Partner at Nokia and Manager of People Success at Sapient. Gayatri started their career as an HR Manager at Bharti Enterprises and also had a role as a Trainee at Colgate Palmolive.

Gayatri Sharma Dogra attended XLRI Jamshedpur from 2001 to 2003, where they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management with a focus on Human Resources.
