Matthieu Wroblewski has extensive work experience in the HR field. Matthieu started their career as an HR intern at Lafarge in 2005. Matthieu then joined Procter & Gamble, where they held various HR roles, including HR Associate Manager, HR Recruiting Manager, and HR Manager. Matthieu was also responsible for the HR aspects of the divestiture of the Beauty Business to COTY. In 2017, Matthieu joined PepsiCo as an HR Director, where they led the HR agenda for different regions and countries within the company. Matthieu focused on digital transformation and organization design. In 2020, they briefly worked as an independent consultant before joining Electrolux Professional. At Electrolux Professional, Matthieu held the positions of HR Leader for Europe and Americas, Global Human Resources Director, and HR VP. Matthieu Wroblewski completed their education at EDHEC Business School from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a degree in Business. Matthieu also participated in an MBA exchange program at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore in 2004, focusing on HR/Business. Additionally, Matthieu has obtained various certifications, including "Taking decisions in uncertain environment certificate" from Primaveras in 2021, "Org design" from Kates Kesler Organization Consulting in 2019, and several training-related certifications such as "MBTI I and II Practitioner" in 2013 and "Train the Trainer" Trainer in 2011. Furthermore, they are a certified coach from LHH Management, although the year of acquisition is unspecified.
