Bakr Ghanem

Bakr Ghanem is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership and recruitment roles across multiple organizations. At Electrolux Group, Bakr serves as the Head of Human Resources and previously held the position of HRBP Manager. Bakr's career includes significant positions at Hayat as the Human Resources Chief and HR Business Partner, as well as roles as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. Bakr gained further expertise as a Recruitment Expert and Specialist at Galea Group (Middle East & North Africa) and as a Recruitment Coordinator at Etisalat Misr. Early in the career, Bakr worked as a Human Resources Trainee at Samsung Electronics. Academically, Bakr holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport and a Diploma in Human Resources Management from the American University in Cairo's School of Continuing Education.
