Elenise Zanette

Elenise Zanette has held various HR leadership positions at Mars and Wrigley over the years. Elenise started their career at Mars in 1999 as the Human Resources Director for Iberia, and later served as the HR Director for multiple regions, including Latin America and Pet Care. In 2015, they joined Wrigley as the HR VP for West and Central Europe. Elenise returned to Mars in 2018 as the HR VP for Mars Wrigley Confectionery and currently serves as the Vice President for People & Organization.

Elenise Zanette has a diverse education history that began in 1979 when they attended Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul. From 1979 to 1984, they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Human Resources Management and Services. Following that, in 1985 to 1990, they attended the same university to obtain a degree in Psychology, focusing on Organizational Design and Industrial Relations. In 2010, Elenise briefly attended Henley Business School to study Organizational Leadership.
