Kenneth W March, Jr., CLSSBB, CQA, MBA, MSM, is an accomplished Quality Director at Electrolux Group with extensive experience in enhancing quality management systems and leading cross-functional teams across various product lines. Since joining Electrolux in 2012, Kenneth has successfully implemented continuous improvement strategies, resulting in significant increases in consumer satisfaction and reductions in product returns. Prior roles include senior management positions at Bank of America and Rolls-Royce, where Kenneth focused on quality assurance and process improvement. Educational qualifications include a BA in Mechanical Engineering from GMI Engineering & Management Institute and an MBA and Master of Science in Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
