Geordin Crist

Geordin Crist, MA, currently serves as Senior Global Compensation Manager at Electronic Arts (EA) since January 2022, providing customized compensation support across 20+ individual studios and leading change management initiatives within the organization. Previously, as Global Compensation Manager at EA, Geordin managed compensation consulting for multiple business units and acted in leadership roles during headcount gaps. Prior experience includes serving as Compensation Business Partner at Target, co-founding and leading the Mental Health ERG, and holding various roles in HR and marketing at organizations such as Right Nice Games, Mortenson, and The Minnesota Daily. Geordin holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota and has completed a Graduate Certificate in Coaching from the Learning Journeys International Center of Coaching.
