Shanda Hancock

Shanda Hancock possesses extensive experience in talent sourcing and recruitment, primarily within the gaming industry. Currently serving as Talent Sourcing Manager for EA Creative Global at Electronic Arts (EA), Shanda has held roles such as Talent Sourcing Lead and Senior Sourcing Partner for EA Studios. Prior to this, Shanda worked at BioWare as a Studio Recruiter and University Relations Specialist. Earlier experience includes positions as Resource Manager for Natural Resources at Randstad Engineering, Staffing Consultant at Express Personnel Services, and Manager at Rogers Plus. Shanda holds a Diploma in Aesthetics from a Private College, completed between 2002 and 2004.
