Pratish Patel

Pratish Patel has worked in various roles in the corporate world since 1991. Pratish began their career as a Project Engineer at BW/IP International in 1991. In 1995, they joined Electronic Interconnect Corp. as a New Product Introduction Program Manager. Later, they were promoted to President/CTO, where they were responsible for all areas of corporate administration and management. During their tenure, they increased sales from $7 million to $9.5 million in 2016, increased net margins from 3% to 15%, improved on-time delivery rates to 98%, and customer satisfaction rates to 97%. Pratish also installed capital equipment, wrote work instructions, defined overall process parameters, and improved product quality through design of experiments. In addition, they developed and improved process capabilities for new products and wrote CNC programs, as well as managed the installation of process equipment to increasing production throughput by 25%.

Pratish Patel obtained their MBA from Purdue University Krannert School of Management in 2007 and their BS in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo in 1993. In 2009, they obtained an IPC trainer certification from the IPC-Association Connecting Electronics Industries.
