Amber Gehring is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in both culinary arts and sales. Currently serving as the Executive Sous Chef at Elegant Affairs since April 2022, Amber has previously held significant roles including Sales Consultant at Sysco from January 2021 to April 2022, and Territory Sales Manager for Washington & Oregon at AUI Fine Foods from May 2013 to January 2021. Prior to these positions, Amber worked as Executive Chef at 23Hoyt from December 2010 to April 2013, Sous Chef at The Marine Room and Blanca Restaurant, and Line Cook at The Marine Room. Amber's culinary education includes an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts from the California Culinary Academy (2005-2006) and studies at Southwestern Oregon Community College (2002-2004).
