Iris Hc Lin

Iris HC Lin is a seasoned scientist with a strong background in process development and analytical development in the biotechnology sector. Currently serving as a Scientist in Process Development at ELEGEN since June 2024, Iris previously held multiple roles at Applied StemCell, where significant contributions included generating GMP-grade iPSCs using CRISPR technology, optimizing genetic engineering of immune cells, and enhancing gene integration efficiency. Iris's career also includes experience as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist in various hospitals and academic roles, demonstrating expertise in laboratory quality control and training. Iris holds a Master of Science in Molecular and Cell Biology from The University of Texas at Dallas and a Bachelor of Science in Laboratory Medicine and Biotechnology from Tzu Chi University.
