Oren Giladi

Oren Giladi is currently a licensed real estate salesperson at Elegran Real Estate. Prior to this, they worked as a leasing and project manager at Slate Property Group from October 2019 to April 2021.

As leasing and project manager, Oren was responsible for increasing morale, productivity, and profits. Oren defined organizational strategy and made decisions on how to best allocate resources in order to pursue that strategy. Oren also oversaw day to day operations and streamlined productivity measures where deemed necessary. In addition, they spearhead all leasing activity, including daily leasing workflow and team management, main communications with broker community, daily communications with marketing team, and daily communications with development/construction team.

During their time at Slate Property Group, Oren made key accomplishments such as acting as project manager for the Oriana (a luxury rental redevelopment in Sutton Place) and successfully getting the project across the finish line after it had been sitting stagnant for a time. Oren also transitioned over to The Biltmore (a luxury rental redevelopment in Midtown West) and successfully got the project back on track while fostering new relationships with the broker community, clients, residents, and on-site staff. In addition, they attracted a large amount of the broker community and sold them on the new development properties - something that had not been previously accomplished for either project.

Oren's experience in customer service, strategy, decision-making, and team management makes him an asset to any organization. Their ability to take on challenging projects and see them through to completion is commendable. Their work at Elegran

Oren Giladi's educational career includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Marketing from Binghamton University.
