James Ratcliff possesses extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management, currently serving as the Director of Global Indirect Procurement at Elekta since May 2017. Prior to this role, James held positions at G4S as the Director of European Procurement and at Kimberly-Clark, where responsibilities included leading the Procurement Centre of Excellence and managing a diverse team with a significant $1.4 billion spend. James's earlier career included roles at British Sugar and Fujitsu, where procurement responsibilities encompassed energy, capital, and technology purchasing. A graduate of the University of York with a BA in Economics, James also earned an MBA from Henley Business School, enhancing their capabilities in business management and strategic sourcing.
