Marcin Kawczak

Marcin Kawczak is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in the construction and energy sectors. Currently employed at Elektromontaz Poznan SA since April 2020, Marcin has also held roles as a deputy site manager. Prior to this position, Marcin worked at Elsta Sp. z o.o. from July 2015 to April 2020, serving as a deputy site manager and construction supervisor. Additional experience includes a role as a construction supervisor at SITIE spa, involvement in construction at SEMISUL, Lda. as both a foreman and carpenter, and earlier positions as a welder and fitter at ATW and GC ENERGY, respectively.
