Roy Homri

Roy Homri serves as the National Director of "Street Work" and the Director at ELEM - Youth in Distress in Israel, overseeing street work teams across ten cities and managing organizational policies based on each city's unique needs. Additionally, Roy leads the design and implementation of SalesForce to improve the organization's monitoring and assessment of nationwide efforts with over 20,000 at-risk youth. Previous experience includes serving as a Company Commander and Battalion Chief Instructor in the Israeli Defense Forces. Roy holds a Master of Arts in Public Policy Analysis from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting, Business Management, and Economics from the same institution, along with education from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo.
