Gregory Hertault has a strong background in talent acquisition and recruitment. Gregory'smost recent position was as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Element Alpha SA, starting in November 2022. Prior to that, they held various roles at Trafigura, where they served as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition from June 2014 to September 2022, and as the Global Talent Manager from April 2009 to September 2022. Before joining Trafigura, Gregory worked as a Recruitment Manager at KBC Financial Products from January 2006 to December 2008. Gregory Hertault obtained a MA (Hons) degree in Fine Art from Goldsmiths, University of London from 2000 to 2005.
