Annika Fox

Annika Fox is a seasoned professional in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as the Sr People Team Coordinator at Element Biosciences since July 2022. Previous roles include People Team Coordinator and Talent Acquisition Coordinator at the same company, as well as a Public Relations Intern at LAVIDGE. Annika also contributed to Kappa Kappa Gamma as a Panhellenic Delegate and Delegation Assistant, actively engaging with the Panhellenic community and organizing events. Experience in marketing and communications was gained through an internship with Phoenix Children's Hospital Foundation, along with customer service roles at Nekter Juice Bar and Nothing Bundt Cakes, and coaching young athletes at Impact Gymnastics Academy. Annika holds a Bachelor's degree in Pre-Business from the University of Arizona, completed in 2022.
