Brian Moran

Brian Moran, CDCP, currently serves as the Director of Asset Management at Element Critical since January 2018, where responsibilities include maximizing the performance and value of the company's data center assets, formulating long-term asset strategies, and managing budgets and operational objectives. Previously, Moran held various roles at Washington Real Estate Investment Trust from July 1994 to September 2014, culminating in the role of Director of Asset Management for the Office Division, overseeing a portfolio of 4.0 million square feet across 20 properties in the Washington DC metropolitan area. Moran has also played a key role in the development of the Medical Office line of business and previously managed properties before transitioning to the asset management sector. Moran earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Boston College between 1988 and 1992.
