Heather Finnerty

Heather Finnerty has an extensive work experience in the field of total rewards and compensation. Heather most recently held the position of Vice President, Total Rewards at Element Fleet Management since December 2018. Prior to that, they were Vice-President, Enterprise Total Rewards at OMERS from January 2013 to March 2018. Heather also worked as the Director of Compensation Programs at Rogers Communications from November 2011 to December 2012, and as the Vice President of Compensation Design at TD Bank Group from December 2008 to October 2011.

Heather Finnerty attended McMaster University from 1991 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree. Heather'sdegree specialized in human resources, marketing, finance, statistics, and economics.
