Martin Iluminatti

Martin Iluminatti is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Director of Infrastructure at Element Fleet Management since November 2024. Prior to this role, Martin held positions including Senior Manager of Cloud Infrastructure at Coconut Software and Senior Manager of Platform Engineering at LaunchDarkly, where leadership of engineering teams focused on scalable feature management was a key responsibility. Martin has a strong background in developing cloud-native architectures, having successfully transformed legacy systems at MavTek Inc. and delivered innovative cybersecurity solutions at Mastercard. With extensive expertise in multi-cloud strategies and a solid foundation in DevSecOps and engineering management gained during tenure at Deloitte Canada, Martin holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Analysis from Universidad Abierta Interamericana.
