Michael Connelly

Michael Connelly has a diverse work experience that spans over several industries. Michael is currently working at Element Fleet Management as the User Experience Lead (Enterprise), where they are responsible for modernizing the UX direction across multiple platforms and applications. Prior to this, Michael co-founded and developed a SaaS product at BLOOM, where they provided ongoing user experience recommendations. Michael also worked at AT&T as a Senior UX Designer, creating human-centered designs and leading UX teams. Additionally, they worked at TE Connectivity as a UX Designer and Project Manager. Michael also has experience running their own design agency, Connelly Design Studio, Inc., and has worked at Data Direct, Inc., DotCom Technologies, ASC Industries, Inc., and the Internal Revenue Service in various technical roles. Overall, Michael has extensive experience in UX design, project management, and IT operations.
