Lara G.

Lara G. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Lara began their career in 2014 as an Audit Assistant at VCA Certified Public Accountants, where they worked until 2016. In 2017, Lara interned as a Risk Analytics Intern at MeDirect Malta. Lara then joined RSM MT in 2018 as a Risk Analyst for a brief period of time. In 2019, Lara worked as a Data Analyst at FlixBus until 2020. Following that, they joined Luko as a Junior Actuary and later transitioned to the role of Data Actuary until 2023. Currently, Lara is employed as a Pricing Manager at ELEMENT Insurance AG.

Lara G. has a strong educational background in the field of economics and finance. In 2014, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree, majoring in Economics and Finance, from the University of Malta. Lara further pursued their studies and in 2016, they enrolled in The University of Edinburgh, where they completed an MA in Economics with Finance.

Continuing their academic journey, Lara G. attended the University of Malta from 2017 to 2018, where they earned an Honours Degree in Economics. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Actuarial Science at Heriot-Watt University from 2018 to 2019.

In addition to their formal education, Lara G. has also obtained several certifications to enhance their skills in data science. In 2018, they completed the "Introduction to R for Data Science" certification from Microsoft. The following year, they obtained the "SQL for Data Science" certification from Coursera. More recently, in 2021, they completed the "Data Scientist with Python Track" certification from DataCamp.
