Denise R.

Denise R. has extensive work experience in various roles related to policy, compliance, and data protection. Denise is currently working at Element as the Head of Policy and Compliance since February 2023. Prior to this role, they worked at Element as a Policy & Regulation Manager from November 2021 to February 2023 and as a Data Protection Officer from May 2020 to February 2022.

Before joining Element, Denise served as a Data Protection Officer at Matrix.org from May 2020 onwards. Denise also worked at UCL as a PGTA from October 2021 to April 2022.

Their previous experiences include working at Kin + Carta as a Senior Data Protection Officer from August 2019 to April 2020 and as a Data Protection Officer from January 2018 to August 2019.
