Pamela. Mana Madungandaba

Pamela Mana Madungandaba currently serves as a Senior Product Development Engineer at Element Six, a position held since November 2021. Previously, Pamela held various roles including Senior Metallurgy Specialist and Metallurgical Engineer at ArcelorMittal South Africa from November 2016 to October 2021. Early career experience includes a Research Candidate role at the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR National Laser Centre) from November 2015 to November 2016, and positions as a Metallurgist and Metallurgy Engineering Trainee at Sandvik Mining and Construction between 2010 and 2014. Pamela holds a Master of Science in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Pretoria, earned between 2016 and 2019, and a BSc (Hons) in Applied Materials Metallurgy Engineering from the same institution (2012-2014). Additionally, Pamela completed both a B.Tech and a National Diploma in Metallurgy Engineering at Tshwane University of Technology from 2006 to 2011.
