John Neel

John Neel has worked in the health and fitness industry for over 30 years. In 2022, they began working as an Account Manager for Element3 Health. Prior to this, they were the Owner of FITLIFE, a Athletic Training and Sports Performance company, from 1997-2022. John was responsible for developing a comprehensive business model and implementing inside sales techniques to grow the business. John also developed communication skills through face to face meetings and B2B presentations. From 1991-1997, they were the Head Athletic Trainer for the John C. Lincoln Health Network's Lincoln Institute for Sports Medicine. John managed and directed a comprehensive Sports Medicine program for a hospital-based risk management program with the Paradise Valley Unified School District. John'sresponsibilities included writing RFPs, hiring Athletic Trainers, placing Team Doctors, and leading quarterly meetings with school administrators and hospital employees. This program was responsible for the wellbeing of approximately 1500 athletes annually.

John Neel attended Indiana University Bloomington from 1980 to 1985 and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Health and Physical Education/Fitness.
