Douglas Wetzel

Douglas Wetzel has a diverse work experience starting in 1999 as a Recruiter at Rare Medium. Douglas then moved on to work as a Recruiter at GE in 2000, before transitioning to roles at Manpower, where they served as a Program Development Manager from 2001 to 2007 and as a Talent Delivery Manager from 2007 to 2008. Wetzel then joined Stafflogix as the President & COO from 2008 to 2013. Following that, they worked as a Sr. Division Vice President at CorTech International from 2013 to 2021. Currently, they are the Co-Founder/Managing Partner at Ashton North and also serves as the Vice President of Growth & Development at Element6Talent.

Douglas Wetzel has a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture with a specialization in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
