Shannon Greywalker

Shannon Greywalker is currently the Head of Developer Enablement at Elemental Cognition. Previously, Shannon worked at Zilliant as the Lead Technical Writer and at Advanced Solutions as a Senior Technical Writer. With experience at BMC Software, Texas Mutual Insurance Company, Candle Corporation, Epson America, and Contel Business Systems, Shannon has a strong background in technical communication and documentation. Shannon holds a B.S. with distinction in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing Communications from California State University, Long Beach.
