Avinash Sadekar

Avinash Sadekar is an experienced professional in the oil and gas industry with a robust background in drilling engineering and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Elemental Energies since February 2023, Avinash is involved in the P&A design for 32 wells on the Fulmar A platform for Repsol. Previous roles include Area Manager at Foresight Offshore Drilling, overseeing operations for multiple rigs, and Senior Drilling Engineer for CNRL's West Africa Development Project, where strategic planning of wells was carried out. Avinash held key positions at Shell, Transocean, KCA Deutag, and Cairn Energy, accumulating extensive expertise in well engineering and operations management since starting a career at Reliance Industries in 1996. Avinash holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Government Engineering College Jabalpur.
