Vincent de Pauw

Vincent De Pauw has extensive experience in procurement and strategic sourcing. Vincent most recently served as the Head of Procurement Europe at Elementis Global, where they built the strategic procurement function for the European region. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of Procurement at SABA adhesives & sealants and Procurement Director Global Raw Materials at RHI Magnesita. Vincent also worked as the EMEA 3P Sourcing & Savings Program Director at Bostik and Group Sourcing Director at Den Braven Sealants. Earlier in their career, they held various procurement roles at Danone, Nutricia AMN UK, InterChicken, and Waayer BV. Overall, Vincent has a strong background in developing and implementing procurement organizations, managing supplier relationships, and optimizing procurement processes.

Vincent De Pauw pursued their education in Business Management from 1992 to 1997 at the Institute of Higher European Studies, also known as Haagse Hogeschool. Vincent successfully completed their Bachelor's degree during this period.
