Katie Carter

Katie Carter is the Vice President of People Success at Elementum. Katie has over ten years of experience in Human Resources and has held positions at ForgeRock and other companies.

Katie Carter started their career in Human Resources at ForgeRock in January 2014. Katie was the first internal HR professional hired and was responsible for scaling & supporting the company growth from 100 to 500 employees located in 13 countries in under 4 years. Katie built HR & Talent Acquisition orgs from scratch, managed a team across multiple locations while driving global policy.

Katie developed ForgeRock's Listening Initiative with a Founder, designed to give employees a voice and the company's Executives a confidential feedback loop. Katie also implemented global compensation strategy & levels for career paths, a culture of performance management, and metrics to give visibility at the Executive & Board level. In addition, Katie provided ongoing strategic guidance to the CEO & CFO on organizational design, management objectives, and people issues. Katie also presented to the Comp Committee of the Board of Directors on a regular basis, providing insight on initiatives and acquiring support of HR programs.

Katie has had a close partnership with Legal to handle complex employee relations cases, and support of compliance across multiple countries worldwide. Katie has also been responsible for the development of training and retention programs to invest in our employee population.
