Bob Nielsen

Bob Nielsen began their work experience as the Vice President of Operations at CTI DATA SOLUTIONS LIMITED in 1990. Bob held this position until 2001.

From 2001 to 2018, Bob worked at Comview Corp, where they took on various roles including Vice President of Infrastructure, Support and Onboarding Services, SOC Audit Compliance Officer, Product Owner/Manager, Data Center/Infrastructure Manager, Customer Support Services Manager, Project Manager, and Customer Onboarding Manager. During their time there, they managed coding projects, administered roadmaps, led product development and testing, established training materials, and managed IT operations and technical services.

In 2018, Bob joined Calero-MDSL as the VP/GM of Business Services. In this role, they were responsible for managing the customer base using SaaS-based Telecom Expense Management, Wireless Expense Management, and Usage Management applications. Bob also handled profit and loss management for all customers within the business unit and supported new customer onboarding. In 2019, they transitioned to the role of Product Owner and continued in that position until 2020.

In 2020, Bob became a Director of Platform Upgrades at Calero-MDSL. In this role, they had direct responsibility for overseeing, planning, and executing the organization's migration effort. Bob led a team of professionals working on customer platform migrations and collaborated closely with the sales team.

Most recently, in 2022, Bob started working as the Director of Global Operations at Elemica, where they continue to contribute their expertise and leadership.

Bob Nielsen attended the College of Staten Island from 1979 to 1983, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree (BS) in Computer Science.
