Eliel Chang is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and finance across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Country Manager for Elenas since August 2019, Eliel oversees operations and P&L in Colombia, focusing on cost efficiencies and growth. Prior roles at Elenas include Vice President of Supply Chain, Head of Growth, Supply Chain Manager, and Manager of Special Projects, showcasing a strong ability to develop strategies, optimize processes, and drive significant growth. Previous experience includes serving as Finance Manager at Polymath Ventures and Procter & Gamble, and co-founding Hamburguesas QH, where Eliel successfully expanded business operations in a challenging market. Eliel holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidad Nacional Experimental Politécnica 'Antonio José de Sucre'.
