Fredrick Benneh Frimpong has extensive work experience in both the private and non-profit sectors. In 2020, they began working for Elephant Healthcare as the Global Director of Customer & Technical Support, Regional Director of Operations for West Africa, and Head of Operations in Ghana. In 2017, they became the Vice President of African Operations for All Across Africa. From 2016-2017, they worked for Uber as an Operations and Logistics Manager, Greenlight Operations Coordinator, and Operations Coordinator. From 2015-2016, they worked for Semanhyiya American School as the Founder and Proprietor. From 2014-2015, they were the Co-Founder of The GodFreds Foundation, President of HULT RISE, and a $14,000 Award Winner for the San Diego Social Innovation Challenge. From 2011-2014, they were the Country Representative for The Senase Project.

Fredrick Benneh Frimpong's education history includes obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in International Business from the University of San Diego between 2014 and 2016, a Bachelor's Degree in Social Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from Hult International Business School between 2013 and 2014, a Bachelor's Degree in Turkish Language and Literature from Ankara University between 2011 and 2012, and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Ghana in 2011. Additionally, they obtained a degree in International Relations from Istanbul University in 2012 with a focus on Public Policy Analysis.
