Liyaquat Khan

Liyaquat (Lak) Khan is currently the Chief Investment Officer and Portfolio Manager at Elequin Capital, LP. Liyaquat(Lak) also works as a Consultant at Delta Exchange and is involved in Capital Markets at Stonebridge Acquisition Corporation. With a background in finance, Khan previously held roles as a Portfolio Manager focusing on Capital Structure Arbitrage Strategy and SPACs, PIPEs, Warrant arbitrage at Wolverine Asset Management. Prior to that, Liyaquat(Lak) served as a Senior Trader, managing portfolios for Closed End Fund arbitrage, SPACs, and Capital Structure Arbitrage. Khan holds a MS in Finance from Illinois Institute of Technology and a MMS in Finance from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
