Aayman Ali

Aayman Ali has a diverse work experience. Aayman began their career as a Mentor at Tårnby Gymnasium & HF in 2015, where they provided support to students with academic and social issues. Aayman then served as a Senior Mentor at the same institution from July 2017 to June 2018, where their responsibilities included planning and implementing action plans for students in need.

In December 2021, Aayman joined MentorDanmark as an Advisory Consultant. Aayman coordinated mentoring programs, handled customer inquiries, and matched pupils with mentors. Additionally, they provided B2C sales support and advised customers on suitable programs.

In September 2019, Aayman expanded their role at MentorDanmark to become an Advisory Consultant & Recruiter. Aayman was responsible for the recruitment process of mentors, including conducting personality evaluation tests and interviews. Aayman also handled marketing communications, sales, administrative tasks, and complaint resolution for both customers and mentors.

Aayman's latest work experience is as a Business Development Representative at Eletive, where they started in March 2023.

Aayman Ali completed their Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, medicine, and technology from DTU - Technical University of Denmark between the years 2018 and 2022. Prior to that, they graduated from Tårnby Gymnasium & HF in 2017, where they studied biotechnology.
