Fernando Rizzo

Fernando Rizzo has a diverse range of work experience spanning different roles and industries. Fernando started their career in 2005 as a Lieutenant in the Arma dei Carabinieri. In 2008, they worked as a Research Director at Ce.Mi.S.S. (Centro Militare di Studi Strategici) before joining the University of Turin as a Ph.D. Researcher in Strategic Studies. During this time, their research focused on the strategic thinking of Islamic movements.

In 2011, Rizzo began their professional career at Elettronica Group, where they started as an intern and eventually worked their way up to become a Senior Corporate Strategy Analyst. Fernando also held various managerial positions, including Area Manager for the Italian Army and Law Enforcement, Sales Manager for Africa, and KSA Resident Product Manager. In their most recent role, they served as the Head of Operations for the Saudi branch of Elettronica Group, where they were responsible for designing and implementing organizational procedures and goals, managing the local supply chain, and maintaining relationships with customers and partners. Throughout their career, Rizzo has demonstrated strong strategic thinking and leadership skills.

Fernando Rizzo has a diverse education history. Fernando holds a Ph.D. in Strategic Studies from Università degli Studi di Torino, which they completed from 2008 to 2010. Fernando also obtained a BA in Oriental Languages with a focus on Arabic Language and Literature from Sapienza Università di Roma, which they earned from 2010 to 2015. In addition, they have an MA in Diplomacy and International Studies from Università di Napoli L'Orientale, which they achieved from 2000 to 2004. Fernando has also pursued language courses, including a Russian Language Summer Course from Pushkin State Russian Language Institute in 2018 and a Russian Language Course from Lomonosov Moscow State University in 2016. Fernando also holds an Arabic Language Diploma from Institut Bourguiba des Langues Vivantes, which they obtained in 2015 and 2003. Fernando has further enhanced their skills with a Course in Accounting and Finance from Luiss Business School in 2014 and a Post-degree in International Project Management from 24ORE Business School from 2010 to 2011. Prior to their higher education, Fernando obtained a high school diploma in Classical and Ancient Studies from Liceo Classico Dante Alighieri - Casarano in 2000.

Furthermore, Fernando holds a certification in European Computer Driving License from ECDL Foundation.
