Aaron Gonzales

Aaron Gonzales is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in physical therapy and care consulting. Currently serving as a Care Consultant Sr. at Elevance Health since April 2025, Aaron previously worked as a Clinical Liaison at Indianapolis Rehabilitation Hospital and held several roles at InHome Therapy, including General Manager - Indiana and Market Development Manager. Notable accomplishments include successfully facilitating the opening of two clinics at Aegis Therapies and supervising a team of physical therapist assistants at HCR ManorCare, where collaboration with multidisciplinary teams was key to optimizing patient progress.
