Maurice Pardo

Maurice Pardo is an experienced operations leader in the health insurance and managed care industry, currently serving as Staff Vice President of the Contact Center at Elevance Health since October 2017. Pardo is responsible for Medicaid Member and Provider customer care operations, focusing on member and provider satisfaction, compliance, employee engagement, and staffing.
